Ask rugby fans to name the greatest player ever and one name comes up again and again: Gareth Edwards. The Welsh scrum-half won 53 consecutive caps, three Grand Slams and two series victories with the British & Irish Lions in 1971 and 1974. In 1973 he finished what many call 'the greatest try ever scored' for the Barbarians against New Zealand in Cardiff. This Gareth Edwards poster captures the golden age of Welsh rugby.
It is a perfect gift for dads and grandads who watched him play, and for young scrum-halves discovering the legend. Printed from high-resolution artwork.
