Orders
What happens if I enter wrong information?
If you entered incorrect information such as your delivery address, email or phone number, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, additional delivery costs may apply.
Can I make changes to my order after submitting payment?
Unfortunately we cannot modify an order once it has been processed. However, if you contact us quickly we may be able to cancel the order before it ships so you can place a new one.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately after placing your order.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us and we will verify your order.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after completing your purchase.
Payment
Can I pay with a card?
Yes, we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Shipping & Delivery
What happens if I haven't received my order?
Please first check that your delivery information is correct. If everything is correct, contact our customer service and we will help you track your order.
What happens if I don't collect my package?
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected, a £15 fee may be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
How will I know when my parcel has arrived?
If delivery is attempted and you are not home, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Returns
Is there a fee for returns?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
Can I return my order?
You have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
Are personalised posters refundable?
Personalised posters are printed to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
How do I exchange a product?
To exchange a product, please return the item and place a new order for the item you prefer.
What should I do if my product is damaged or incorrect?
Please email us with:
- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- Customer name
- Product number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A photo of the package
Our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.
Refunds
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your return.

How do personalised prints work?
Choose a design, add your custom text, and place your order. Your poster will be printed specifically for you.
Can I order a poster in a custom size or design?
Currently posters are only available in the sizes listed on the website.

How long does poster delivery take in the UK?
Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.
At 98types, we process and pack orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, although during busy periods it may take 1–2 additional days.
Once your poster has been shipped, the delivery carrier will complete the final delivery to your address. You may receive tracking updates depending on the shipping method used.

Framing your poster is the best way to protect it and create a professional wall display.
Follow these simple steps:

Select a frame that matches your poster size (A4, A3, etc.).
2. Use a mat (optional)
A mat border can give your poster a more premium and gallery-style look.
3. Carefully place the poster inside the frame
Make sure the print is flat and aligned before closing the frame.
4. Hang your poster
Use wall hooks or adhesive hanging strips to safely mount your frame.
