❓ Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats do you accept?
We accept JPEG and PNG files. JPEG is the most common format for photographs, while PNG works well for images with transparent backgrounds or sharp graphics.

What resolution should my image be?
For best results, your image should be at least 300 pixels per inch (ppi) — this is sufficient for most prints. Lower resolution images may appear soft or pixelated when printed. For more detail, see our Frequently Asked Questions about Photo Sizes.

Will the colours on my print match what I see on screen?
We do our best to reproduce colours faithfully using pigmented archive inks, but please be aware that screen colours can vary depending on your device's display settings. Colour matching is our aim, not a guarantee — slight differences between screen and print are normal.
